Designed by architect John Mills, these alterations to a large house in Eastbourne’s Mahina Bay involved a major makeover with a tight deadline. Not only did we meet that deadline, we came in early. The new owner hired us while still living overseas, which meant communication had to be clear and efficient. The result was a lightfilled, elegant and cosy home with floortoceiling windows offering views across to Somes Island and Wellington City.
