Bring on the amber! We continued Garage Project’s transformation of a dilapidated car garage in Aro Valley, into an award-winning, craft brewery, by creating a large tank room over two stages.
It took some cunning and deft manoeuvring, using cranes and manpower to set up these large, refrigerated tanks on the concrete slab, ready for connection. With a few smaller projects in between, we returned to build the street-facing malt room, where the malt is stored and transported by the coolest pipes to the front tank room.
Who’d have thought the process of creating pure amber could be so cool?
