This architecturally designed renovation retained the characteristic facade of the existing villa while gutting out the interior and rebuilding to improve and modernise the interior flow.

The client wanted fresh light designs for the interior to complement their artwork. They also included a cosy dark room for their library/TV room.

When not working offshore, the owners take on their other persona as charcutiers . They have a purpose built room at the rear of the house where they will prepare their charcuterie meat for many summer nights of entertaining.
