The existing Victorian Queen Anne style villa was located on the perfect site in Northand, with easy access, to endure an extensive family focused renovation.
Judi Keith-Brown’s vision for the renovation included family gathering rooms which open to a new spacious and sheltered courtyard, a new formal lounge and a second level addition for the master bedroom suite. Importantly there are independent spaces for both the teenagers and the adults to ‘hang out’.
Interesting features like the new black pressed metal ceiling and unique light fittings instantly catch your eye on entering the house.
