The owner engaged Scotty’s Construction while still living overseas, making clear and efficient communication especially important throughout the project. Despite the added logistical challenge, the renovation was completed ahead of the required deadline.
The alterations gave the existing home a major update, creating a lighter, more refined place to live while making the most of its coastal setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw natural light into the interior and frame views across the harbour towards Somes Island and Wellington City.
