Wanting a significant house extension to be built in time for our baby to arrive, we were the nightmare client. We have worked with many trades people in the past, after getting our house built new 12 years ago and slowly adding to it over the years, consequently our expectations for service were pretty low.
Scott and his team worked closely with us from the outset, working through the budget in detail to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting. His foreman, Richard, was the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. His attention to detail, hard working ethic, cleanliness, politeness and respect for our property blew us away. And his team were just as good. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. As the deadline loomed, the guys worked harder – pulling some long hours to make sure that it would be complete for when the new baby arrived.
Throughout the project Scotty himself was on hand daily to make sure the team had everything they needed, keeping the project running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Scott’s experience working with architecturally designed houses ensured that the final product was exactly as our architect designed. We’re absolutely-thrilled with our newly expanded house (to go with the newly expanded family) and couldn’t recommend Scotty’s construction more highly.
